Restore & Repair |
Our restoration and customisation options are for those who wish to restore or enhance the aesthetics of their vehicle, old or new. Whilst we can complete the latter options as a standard refurbishment, we can discuss any aspect of cosmetic enhancement, restoration or modification, and if it's something we can help with we'll be glad to assist.
Leather Repair
It may surprise you quite the level of damage and wear that can be repaired without having to resort to a costly retrim.
Using techniques employed by tanneries and car seat manufacturers, anything from a simple deep clean, to repairs, recolours and full colour changes. Anything non-stitched, from a worn bolster to a rip or tear can be repaired, restoring your leather to a like-new condition. Our leather refurbishments appear in several magazine features, from classics to modern vehicles, and colours are matched in-house for an original finish, or restoration. Costs will depend on several factors, including colour matching, damage repair, and level of preparation required - both in mechanical removal of items, and leather condition - but as an initial guide; a local leather repair starts from around £175 for a basic seat panel, or from £295 for a full single seat recolour in original finish. Please do get in touch with your vehicle details and requirements to arrange a quote. |

Engine Bay Detailing
This is where both concours prizes, trophies, and sales are won and lost. A car's engine bay is its internal organs. Keeping them clean and grime free not only enhances the visual aspect, but also allows troublesome issues such as leaks to be easily spotted and rectified. Completed properly, an engine bay can take anywhere from several hours upwards to fully prepare and clean. Engine bay detailing offers in-depth cleaning to enhance and protect your engine bay and components. Bright work can be polished and buffed, plastics cleaned and protected, parts can be removed for painting and rejuvenation, with tricky areas steam-cleaned to remove grease and dirt. Painted surfaces are polished, and waxed or sealed (where possible). Whilst time consuming, this can provide the final lift needed to push a car to perfection and call itself truly detailed. Prices will vary dependent on the labour involved and customer specification. Get in touch for a quote. |
